International Travel Insurance
UIndy policy requires all study abroad program participants to take at least the basic TravelSafe travel insurance coverage, but you are free to purchase a higher level. Please take a look at the options below and decide your preference: you have a choice between Basic or Classic, please see the brochures below that describe what coverage these programs offer.
To apply, you will need to have available your program cost, the travel dates, your passport number, and a major credit card. Please wait until your trip leader has provided you all the information and instructed you to purchase insurance. Once you submit your application using the link below, you will receive a Confirmation of Coverage from "Enrollments Email". In that confirmation, you will see a link for "Visa Letter". Just click on that link to download the letter. You will need to provide that to your trip leader/the study abroad advisor before you travel. Be sure to keep a copy of your certificate for yourself, as well!
