Tuition, Fees, and Cost of Attendance for Adult Learners

At UIndy, we’re committed to making your education as affordable as possible. To help you plan, we provide you with an estimate of all the costs that come with being a student, including books, supplies, and personal expenses. See below for more information about tuition, fees, and other estimated expenses for the current academic year.

Adult Learning Tuition and Fees

For the 2026-27 academic year, tuition for adult learners is $430 per credit hour. Fees are $176 per semester for full-time enrollment (12 or more credits) and $88 per semester for part-time enrollment.

Adult Learning Cost of Attendance

Your cost of attendance (COA) is an estimate of all of the costs associated with being a student. Your COA is based on your housing status and the number of credits that you take. The standard COA includes six main categories:

Tuition and fees
Books and supplies
Living expenses (including housing and food)
Miscellaneous or personal expenses
Transportation expenses
Federal loan fees (for student loan borrowers)

On Campus
