Roche Milestones

Freshmen Year

Attend Roche events on campus; learn about the program:

• Roche truck
• Class presentations

Sophomore Year

• Begin taking Roche-selected electives
• Begin gathering application components
  • Meet with Pro Edge to practice interviews
  • Begin finding sources for letters of recommendation
  • Work on building your résumé (Pro Edge can help)
• Attend office hours with the program supervisor to ask questions about the program

Junior Year

• Application opens on Handshake before the fall semester begins; due late fall semester
• Callbacks occur typically over winter break to schedule interviews for the spring semester
• Interviews are held
• A Roche mentor is assigned to Roche Academy students
• Students continue to take Roche-selected electives

Summer After Junior Year

Roche Academy students complete a 10-week paid internship at Roche, gaining hands-on experience.

Senior Year

• Finish out remaining Roche electives
• Students who have successfully completed the internship will be presented with a job offer from Roche, as well as a $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Roche training and social events continue throughout the year

Post Graduation

Students hired into one of the areas:

• Planned Activity Specialist (PAS)
• Call center
• Installation team
