Financial Aid

Many graduate students receive some type of financial assistance through such federal programs as the Federal Direct Stafford loan program or the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS loan program. Psychology graduate students must be enrolled at least half-time (4.5 credit hours each semester) to remain eligible for these federal loan programs. If you have previous loans in repayment, you may contact your lender upon enrolling in your new graduate program to request an in-school deferment.
