Registration Process at the Community Music Academy


We look forward to nurturing and inspiring you through your love of music! In order to register for private lessons or the Music Therapy Center offered through UIndy's Community Music Academy, please complete the following actions.

  1. Complete the registration form.
  2. Complete the liability waiver and photography consent form.
  3. Submit your payment for private lessons or for Music Therapy Center services.
  4. Review the UIndy Community Music Academy policies.
