  1. Completed online graduate nursing application.
  2. Official transcripts of all earned degrees. Must have a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution (if MSN must be NLNAC, ACEN, CNEA or CCNE accredited) with a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  3. An active, unencumbered RN license in the state where practicum will be completed
  4. Successful completion of a graduate level statistics course within the last five years with a grade of B or better. If the course is older than 5 years, you must successfully complete the online statistics module prior to the start of coursework. If no graduate statistic course is taken, then the student must enroll in NUGR510 Applied Statistics.

  6. An essay of 500 words or less addressing your career goals related to the DNP, as well as a topic area for the evidence-based scholarly project.

The recommended individual may be a supervisor, academic professor, work colleague or another individual who have worked with you in a professional setting. Once your completed application is received, you may be contacted for a personal interview.
