Performance
The major ACBSP performance outcome for the University of Indianapolis School of Business MBA program is the graduation rate. For students beginning their MBA in the 2020-21 academic year, the graduation rate was 85%. Students matriculate to the UIndy MBA Program in either the August, January or May semesters, and typically take anywhere from 1 to 3 years to complete it.
Program Goals & Student Learning Outcomes
A review of learning outcomes was conducted in 2022. Changes were made to satisfy changing industry demands. Project Management is now a required Foundation Course.
Course learning outcomes were refined to include more applied learning exercises and assignments with a focus on writing and presentation skills. An effort was developed to provide more career counseling services and offer classroom guest speakers and student mentors as needed.
