Order Your Transcripts Online
Official transcripts can be ordered online via Parchment. Fees for transcripts ordered online can be paid by any major credit or debit card. Transcripts ordered online can be delivered electronically (PDF), mailed to a desired address, or marked for pick up in person at the Office of the Registrar.

Transcript Fees
Fees for transcript requests processed by Parchment are as follows:
- Electronic PDF transcripts are $12.00 each.
- Paper transcripts are $15.00 each.
Delivery Options and Associated Fees
Standard mail and express delivery options are available within the US and internationally. Fees vary by location. Details will be provided through the online Parchment ordering system.
Please be advised of the following:
- Electronic PDF transcripts are available to view/download/print by the recipient for 30 days from the date of electronic delivery notification. When the transcript has been viewed/downloaded/printed, it will not expire.
- For an electronic PDF transcript to be considered official, it must be sent directly to the recipient.
- We are unable to change a recipient's email address, mailing address or cancel an order once it has been fulfilled per your instructions. A new order will be required.
- If an official transcript is sent to the wrong email or mailing address due to the requestor's error, the requestor is responsible for placing a new request and paying all related fees. It is the requestor's responsibility to ensure that the correct email address for the intended recipient is entered. Neither the University of Indianapolis nor Parchment will be liable for any failed transmissions resulting from error or any issues on the part of the requester or recipient.
- In order to download and view an electronic PDF transcript, the recipient of the transcript must have access to a computer or device that meets the minimum system requirements. The University of Indianapolis will not refund an order if the recipient is unable to view an electronic transcript.
