Office of the Registrar

Our Purpose

To support the instructional mission of the university and to serve as student and faculty advocates in the implementation of academic policies.

What We Do

We maintain academic records, conduct registration activities; publish the undergraduate academic catalog; produce class schedules; certify enrollment and completion of degree requirements, transcripts, and diplomas; prepare master class schedules; secure rooms for classes; keep records of courses, enrollments, classrooms, faculty loads, and degree requirements on the computerized student information system; monitor student withdrawals from the university; post transfer credit; and implement policies of the faculty.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET
Note: The Office of the Registrar is closed from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. daily
