Study abroad is a transformative life-changing experience!

University of Indianapolis offers numerous opportunities at colleges and universities on six continents; in different languages (including English) and different fields of study. Eligibility

In order to use federal and state financial aid, you must be a full time student for at least two semesters at the University of Indianapolis before you study abroad. You must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (a majority of programs require higher than a 2.0).

*You will need to apply for your chosen program the semester prior to when you would like to Study Abroad. As long as you have an existing transcript, you can apply for a summer program as early as the fall. In other words, you can apply for the Summer 2019 program during the Fall 2018.

Applications are available on the appropriate program's website.

Agreements with these partners authorize opportunities for academic exchange and cooperation between the universities. These exchanges are conducted on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. Such exchanges may include the involvement of professors, visiting scholars, undergraduate and graduate students, administrative staff, educational materials and cooperative efforts in research projects which are of interest to both parties.

These major-specific study abroad opportunities allow you to seamlessly continue progress toward your degree with pre-approved courses and maintain your planned graduation date. ESAP Scholars retain their federal, state, and institutional aid. Host-institutions are meticulously selected as partners to guarantee excellent support services and care.

An ESAP isn't an addition to your college experience; it's an extension.
