LGBTQIA+ at UIndy

Providing a supportive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community

Statement in support of the LGBTQIA+ community

We believe that sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression are human rights. Our mission to prepare graduates for effective, responsible, and articulate membership in the complex societies in which they live and serve, and for excellence and leadership in their personal and professional lives, means that inclusive excellence are at the forefront of our practices. We are committed to upholding these values, and we oppose discrimination or exclusion based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and/or relationship status.
