"I chose UIndy to enter a doctoral program that is among the top fifteen PsyD programs ranked nationally and to be somewhat closer to family. Dr. Mixalis Poulakis has gone above and beyond to help me excel in my time at UIndy. He has provided unconditional positive regard and unbridled support. He is probably the only faculty member I know who will call students on their birthdays, assist with finding resources, and make them feel like they deserve to be in the program despite internal and external barriers."
