Requirements for professional licensure and certification can vary markedly by state. At this time, the Graduate Department of Clinical Psychology cannot confirm whether its PsyD in Clinical Psychology degree meets all the educational, licensure, and certification requirements in all states. State requirements are subjected to change and changes can occur without notice. Program faculty advise students to contact his/her/their state licensing authority to ensure the PsyD degree will meet requirements for licensure in the state in which he/she/they intend to practice.
To obtain information regarding the EPPP and license mobility, please contact the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB), which is the alliance of state, provincial, and territorial agencies responsible for the licensure and certification of psychologists throughout the United States and Canada. The ASPPB created the EPPP to facilitate mobility for psychologists.
