About UIndy
Quick Links
Welcome
The Corporate & Community Relations office serves as UIndy's link to our neighbors, local businesses and the surrounding community.

Our campus is your campus
Part of our commitment to the community includes being a resource. We invite you to attend our cultural and athletic events, reserve time in our tennis dome, rent campus facilities or ask a faculty member to speak at your event.
UIndy Homestead Program
UIndy has created a program to encourage full-time employees to purchase houses in the neighborhoods surrounding the University. If you have a home for sale in the designated area, our Community Relations office can help you advertise it to UIndy faculty and staff through our campus classifieds.

UIndy's new president
UIndy's incoming ninth president, Dr. Robert Manuel recently visited campus. Manuel comes to UIndy from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and officially takes over in July for retiring president Dr. Beverley Pitts.

Partnering with others
Being a good neighbor is important to UIndy. We partner with local businesses on various projects, frequently participate in community activities and are active in the University Heights Neighborhood Association and organizations such as the Gateway Community Alliance.
UIndy's Community Programs Center connects students, faculty and staff with volunteer and service opportunities. Find out how your organization can get involved in UIndy's "Education for Service" mission.
