The University of Indianapolis in compliance with the Clery Act publishes a report of crimes reported to the University of Indianapolis Police Department and to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department for three calendar years. These crimes are Murder, Non-Negligent Manslaughter; Negligent Manslaughter; Sex Offenses, Forcible and Non-Forcible; Robbery; Aggravated Assault; Burglary; Vehicle Theft; Arson. The report also contains information on the procedure for reporting sexual assault and details building access policies. This report is furnished to faculty, staff and students on an annual basis.
