Supervisory Institute
For some individuals, being a supervisor comes naturally. Others need a blueprint to be high-performance supervisors. This seminar is a comprehensive, three-day knowledge- and skill-building workshop for those wanting to improve their leadership skills and management abilities. The seminar is offered through the Institute for Leadership and Professional Development, a division of the School for Adult Learning. For more than 45 years, this seminar has provided front-line leaders with the skills they need to do their jobs more effectively and with greater confidence. Graduates of the seminar have come from leading companies in Central Indiana.
