Applications are accepted through August of each year. However, students are encouraged to begin the housing application process during the early spring months prior to your enrollment date (i.e. February & March).

Keep in mind that spaces are routinely available in the residence halls, but assignments are determined by the date the housing deposit and application are received. The earlier the housing materials are completed and returned, the better the chance of receiving your requested assignment.

  • All first time enrollees/prospective residents must apply though the Office of Admissions
    • Note: if you are requesting a roommate, both you and the roommate are encouraged to apply early and at the same time

  • Returning students wanting to live in The Campus Apartments must print and complete the University Apartment Application along with the Campus Apartment Information & Guidelines Application

*Housing assignments, for new and returning students, will be mailed to your home address in July. This mailing will include your roommate’s name, address and arrival information. In addition, your residence hall assignment and meal plan option will be included in the mailing; however, you will not receive your room assignment until the residence halls open for move-in.
