About the Residence Halls
UIndy has seven residence halls and a campus apartment complex. Below, find descriptions of each hall, pictures of rooms and a floor plan so you know how big your room will be. All residence halls have free laundry facilities, free parking, common areas, kitchenettes, ice and vending machines and a front desk staff. All rooms are wired for cable and have wireless Internet access and heating and cooling units.
Roberts Hall

Enjoy the great amenities of UIndy's newest residence hall! Roberts Hall, located between Warren and Cravens, has a fitness center, grand lobbies, recreational space and kitchens. Residents can live in either single- or double-occupancy rooms. Roberts Hall is completely handicap accessible and houses approximately 165 upperclass students (sophomores-seniors). The spacious lounges, study areas, fireplaces and kitchenettes are just part of what makes East Hall a unique living experience on UIndy’s campus. Residents live in single-occupancy rooms that are equipped with a separate sinks, upgraded desks and dressers and plenty of closet space. Central Hall

Central Hall is a co-ed dorm that offers suite-style living for its 248 residents. Residents are able to furnish the living area that is shared between the two bedroom suites, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. Cory Bretz Hall

Cory Bretz Hall, situated on the north side of campus, houses 236 female and male students in separate wings on three floors. The spacious first floor lobby is a hub for pool tournaments, video game challenges on the big screen television, and plenty of room to study and hang out. Cravens Hall

Cravens Hall is a community of 164 students, and is the oldest residence hall on campus. Residents of Cravens frequently gather for movie nights and study sessions, and one former resident fondly remembers Cravens Hall as the “friendliest hall on campus.” Cravens Hall Profile

Crowe Hall

In Crowe Hall, residents enjoy the college “family” experience. Most rooms are situated in quads and share a common living area that creates a “homey” environment for the eight students in each quad. The hall houses 154 males and females in separate wings, and each person shares a bedroom with a roommate. Crowe Hall Profile

Warren Hall
|
UIndy’s largest residence hall, Warren Hall is always full of activity. 252 female and male students reside in separate wings and live two to a room. Most students in Warren Hall are freshmen, making it easy to share first-year experiences together and to create new friendships away from home. Warren Hall Profile

Campus Apartments |
On the northwest edge of campus, 150 upper class students (sophomores-seniors) live in the Campus Apartments. Each apartment houses four students and has a living room, eat-in kitchen and space for a washer and dryer on the main floor, and two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. The short walk to campus makes this residence option feel connected to campus, while still allowing more independent living.
