Transcript Evaluation

Because universities around the world differ, we require this evaluation as an assurance that you have completed the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor's degree. Photocopies are not acceptable for this portion of your application material. We require a course-by-course credential evaluation. Following is a list of agencies that offer this service and are acceptable:

For applications for the fall 2018 semester and later: international students whose first language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency by taking the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and earn a minimum score of 100. The TOEFL is valid for two years after the test date and can be sent to institution code R1321.  


The graduate health programs at UIndy are not in a format that facilitates the issuance of a student (F1 or J1) visa.
