UIndy has spaces available to rent for meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, or even concerts. Available spaces include meeting rooms equipped with A/V technology, classrooms, atriums, and lecture halls. Our Event Services office coordinates facility rental and use. Event Services works with campus organizations and departments, in addition to external clients who wish to host their event at UIndy.
Please note the following when deciding if UIndy is right for your event:
- UIndy can accommodate groups up to 400 people for dining and large meetings, or 750 in an auditorium.
- During the summer, campus housing is available in our residence halls.
- UIndy is a smoke-free campus.
- All catering is provided by University Dining Services.

Accommodations are available during the summer months in one of UIndy's residence halls. Throughout the year, University Dining Services offer a wide variety of food and beverage options, topped off with excellent customer service. Please contact Event Services to discuss specific housing and dining options.
Locations around campus are available to host a variety of sporting events, both inside and outside. Options include the domed Athletics and Recreation Center with an indoor track, a turfed field in Key Stadium, two gymnasiums in the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center, a weight room, a fitness room with flexible space in the health pavilion, basketball courts, and more.
UIndy has three auditoriums and some larger venues available for concerts, theatre productions and larger events. They include the Ruth Lilly Performance Hall, an exquisite, Viennese-style space in which a special acoustical design produces high-quality sounds; Ransburg Auditorium, a traditional proscenium arch theatre that seats 700 patrons; and the newly built R.B. Annis Auditorium in the UIndy Health Pavilion.
