Special Dietary Needs

A full salad bar and a variety of fresh fruits and veggies are available at each meal, along with lower fat and calorie items like baked fish and grilled chicken and vegetarian and vegan options. Plus, all foods are cooked with trans fat-free ingredients. To get the freshest food possible (and to keep UIndy’s carbon footprint small), Polk Food Service buys local produce, meat and dairy products as often as possible.
