Admission Requirements

UIndy's Master of Science in Anatomical Sciences and post-baccalaureate certificate in biomedical sciences programs operate on a rolling admissions policy. Applicants will be accepted throughout the year for admission to either program in Fall 2017.

To be considered for full admission, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Earned undergraduate degree
  • A 3.0 overall undergraduate GPA (scale of 4.0)
  • Two semesters of general biology or higher with laboratory
  • Two semesters of general chemistry with laboratory
  • Two semesters of undergraduate anatomy and physiology
  • Two additional semesters of majors-level courses in biology, chemistry or physics

To apply to the master's or certificate program, please submit the following:

  • Online graduate application
  • All official transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Résumé or CV
  • Official GRE or MCAT scores
  • International applicants: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores
