The Curriculum Council consists of 15 real estate industry subject matter experts with diverse backgrounds and experiences. These workshops include academic exercises used to develop and refine student learning outcomes, teaching and learning activities and student assessment tools. Curriculum model and degree requirements
Degree requirements for UIndy's Real Estate Development program include three hours of ethics study and a capstone project involving field experience to further advance your skills and knowledge. This program is 30 credit hours and can be completed in five semesters through our accelerated format in which you take just one class at a time.
