One of the best ways to ease your enrollment transition to the University of Indianapolis is to finalize your admission file. Finalizing your admission file includes providing some final information and documentation that is required prior to your enrollment.
Please take the time to review the following list of important information you will need to submit prior to your enrollment. Any questions regarding the submission of the information can be directed to your admissions counselor in the Office of Admissions.
Important Information for Finalizing Your Admission and Enrollment
- Academic Major Confirmation – ideally you will want to confirm your major prior to your summer registration day so that you can be placed with the appropriate faculty advisor who will schedule your courses. Be sure to confirm you major with your admissions counselor prior to registration
- All financial aid documentation including:
- University of Indianapolis Financial Aid Application
- All requested verification documents
- All loan applications (applications can be found at http://financialaid.uindy.edu
- Student Health Form - This form needs to be completed by all full time day students, those living in campus housing, and by all students in a "health career clinical field to learn more about this form go to http://healthservices.uindy.edu/
- Final Official High School Transcript – you will need to submit a final official high school transcript to the Office of Admissions verifying your graduation.
- Transfer of any college credit – if you took AP exams or dual credit courses, you will need to make sure those scores or official transcripts are sent to the Office of the Registrar in order for you to receive appropriate college credit.
