No matter the size of your group, we would love to have you visit our campus. To schedule your visit download the form at bottom of this page.

We are happy that you are interested in visiting the University of Indianapolis. Group visits of 5 to 50 students are scheduled individually to meet each group's needs. In order to assist us in planning your visit experience, please review the following information.

A standard group visit to the University of Indianapolis consists of two events:

  1. Admission presentation, conducted by one of our Admissions Counselors
  2. A tour of campus

To help us plan your group visit, please note the following:

  • Submit your Group Visit Request Form at least four weeks in advance. Groups are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • High school groups have priority consideration during the academic year.
  • Visits are offered at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the summer months until August. 
  • Group Visits will not be offered on June 11th-22nd, July 4th, and July 23rd-27th
  • One chaperone is requested for every 8 to 10 students to ensure adequate supervision of the group.
  • Your visit is confirmed when you receive a confirmation letter or email from Jolanda Bean.
  • You are welcome to have lunch on campus at your own expense of $6.25 per person in our Marketplace during the academic year (Note: Only offered during the academic school year).
